Position: FULL SERVICE LEADER

Essential Function

Coach, mentor, and develop Salon Sales Consultants (SBCs) to achieve divisional goals and day‑to‑day objectives.

Responsibilities
  • 30% Establish sales and promotion goals for SBCs, communicate those goals, and plan and conduct sales meetings. Identify potential key accounts and develop them, maintain productive relationships with manufacturers, and schedule education programs and business development meetings.
  • 30% Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to SBCs, including guidance on new business development, sales skills, and client support. Travel with SBCs 3–4 days per week to assess relationships, evaluate selling skills, and provide feedback.
  • 20% Visit or call customers to assess service level, handle issues requiring Sales Manager involvement, and ensure maximum participation in education events.
  • 10% Maintain regular communication with supervisors and the company through meetings, calls, emails, and other requests for information.
  • 10% Monitor and analyze employee performance, conduct appraisals, resolve problems among SBCs, stores, and manufacturers, manage territories, and complete sales and status reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business.
  • At least one year of experience supervising sales or operations employees.
  • Four years of direct sales experience.

  • Ability to operate effectively without close supervision.
  • Consultative selling and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays and weekends, with reliable transportation.

Working Conditions &

Physical Requirements

The work environment includes offices, retail stores, meeting rooms, and client locations. The role is primarily sedentary with occasional walking, standing, and light lifting. Standard safety practices apply. No special physical demands are required.

Salary

Annual salary range: $120,000 – $130,000.
