Position Title: Sales Development Representative
Position Type: FTE 40 hrs/wk
Compensation: Hourly + Commissions
Hours: 7:30am to 5pm, M-F
Location: Multiple trade shows in Las Vegas
- Do you have previous experience developing prospects into clients?

Our Company: Forix is a rapidly growing, 100-person digital agency in the Portland metro that specializes in e-commerce and lead gen websites. With a strong emphasis on the major platforms, Forix is known nationwide for their top quality websites.
About the Roleis seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our team in Las Vegas. This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid-level sales professional who has some experience selling or working with clients and is ready to take the next step in their career.
You will be responsible for promoting and selling website and web design solutions to businesses across a wide range of industries. The role is heavily focused on in-person selling at industry trade shows throughout the Las Vegas area, where you’ll engage directly with business owners, decision-makers, and stakeholders to introduce ’s services and generate qualified sales opportunities.
This position requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport in fast-paced, live-event environments.
Key Responsibilities- Attend and represent Forix at multiple industry trade shows and events in the Las Vegas area
- Proactively engage with business owners, executives, and key decision-makers
- Present and pitch website and web design services tailored to prospect needs
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities based on business goals, budget, and timeline
- Collect, organize, and maintain accurate lead and prospect information
- Conduct follow-up outreach via phone, email, or scheduled meetings after events
- Work closely with internal teams to transition qualified leads into active sales opportunities
- Maintain strong knowledge of Forix’s services and value propositions
- Meet or exceed lead generation and sales performance goals
- 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role
- Experience with B2B sales, services-based sales, or digital products preferred
- Comfortable presenting, pitching, and speaking with senior-level decision-makers
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently at events and trade shows
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads and follow-ups
- Willingness to work flexible hours based on trade show schedules
- Reliable transportation within the Las Vegas area
- Basic understanding of websites, web design, or digital marketing is a plus
