BODYBAR Pilates is opening its first Oregon studio in Tanasbourne! We are hiring Sales Associates to join our founding team. This role is perfect for someone who feels passionate about reformer Pilates, loves talking fitness, and feels confident selling memberships while building real community.

Flexible schedule with some evenings and weekends.

• Drive membership sales through lead phone follow up, in person outreach, and in studio conversations
• Build relationships with members and prospects through proactive communication
• Meet daily and weekly sales and booking goals
• Support presales and grand opening initiatives
• Participate in community events and local marketing efforts
• Assist with social media engagement including content creation, promotions, and local outreach
• Maintain accurate records in studio management software
• Create a welcoming and energetic studio environment before and after classes

• Reformer Pilates experience required
• Fitness membership sales or pre-sales experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with computer systems, making phone calls, in person events
• Reliable and professional
• Interest in fitness and wellness
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Some college preferred)

• Hourly pay of $17 per hour
• Additional commission on personal sales
• Average total earnings with commission of $20 - $23 per hour
