Position: Sales Representative [81284]

100% Remote (must work PST hours ideally)

Ideally need to have Gaming, eSports or Advertising Agency experience

We're seeking a Business Development / Sales Rep to support our team in discovering potential clients.

Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting & Outreach
  • Identify and research high-value target prospects across endemic (game publishers, esports organizations, events) and non-endemic brands (CPG, apparel, technology, entertainment, etc.).
  • Utilize additional outreach methods (including calls) as deemed effective.
  • Generate new business opportunities and qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies primarily through email and Linked In messaging.
List Building & Market Research
  • Work from existing cold prospect lists while continuously researching and identifying new companies and decision-makers to add to the pipeline.
  • Stay highly informed on gaming, esports, entertainment, and brand partnership trends to inform outreach strategy and messaging.
Sales Materials & Messaging
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to tailor sales materials, presentations, and pitch decks for specific prospects.
  • Customize messaging to align with prospect needs and industry nuances.
CRM Management (Pipedrive)
  • Log all outreach activity, notes, and pipeline updates in Pipedrive.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date CRM data.
  • Track prospect engagement and ensure visibility into pipeline progress.
Experience & Qualifications Required Experience
  • 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships - agency experience required.
  • Experience must be within gaming, esports, sports, entertainment, marketing, or advertising.
  • Deep familiarity with the gaming and entertainment ecosystem is required.
Ideal Experience
  • Proven outbound prospecting experience with a focus on email and Linked In.
  • Strong ability to personalize messaging and articulate value propositions.
  • Comfortable working within a CRM (Pipedrive experience preferred).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
