We're seeking a Business Development / Sales Rep to support our team in discovering potential clients.
Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting & Outreach- Identify and research high-value target prospects across endemic (game publishers, esports organizations, events) and non-endemic brands (CPG, apparel, technology, entertainment, etc.).
- Utilize additional outreach methods (including calls) as deemed effective.
- Generate new business opportunities and qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies primarily through email and Linked In messaging.
- Work from existing cold prospect lists while continuously researching and identifying new companies and decision-makers to add to the pipeline.
- Stay highly informed on gaming, esports, entertainment, and brand partnership trends to inform outreach strategy and messaging.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to tailor sales materials, presentations, and pitch decks for specific prospects.
- Customize messaging to align with prospect needs and industry nuances.
- Log all outreach activity, notes, and pipeline updates in Pipedrive.
- Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date CRM data.
- Track prospect engagement and ensure visibility into pipeline progress.
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships - agency experience required.
- Experience must be within gaming, esports, sports, entertainment, marketing, or advertising.
- Deep familiarity with the gaming and entertainment ecosystem is required.
- Proven outbound prospecting experience with a focus on email and Linked In.
- Strong ability to personalize messaging and articulate value propositions.
- Comfortable working within a CRM (Pipedrive experience preferred).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.
