Position: Specialty Sales Representative, EMS Clinical and Software Applications

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with Territory Managers to support sales efforts through phone, email, and product sales
  • Act as a liaison between customers and support teams to address and resolve concerns
  • Develop a strong understanding of the EMS industry and ZOLL products to effectively assist clients
  • Prepare sales quotes, negotiate contracts, and report on activity in management meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of call activity in  and build rapport with clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of sales support experience preferred
  • Excellent negotiation skills and consistent achievement of sales goals
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in account management within the healthcare or medical technology sectors
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver client‑focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Familiarity with  or similar CRM software
