Join a 35-year-old Portland real estate team building out our inside sales department. We’re looking for a skilled ISA to nurture and convert our growing lead flow into qualified appointments. • Base Salary: $36,000/year base salary
• Bonuses: 5% of closed sales on appointments you set.
• On-Target Earnings: ISAs who meet the standard will earn $150,000/year, ISAs who meet the goal make $265,000/year, and there is no earning cap, so exceeding the goal results in compensation above $265,000/year.
• PTO: 10 paid days off/year, many Federal holidays paid off.
• Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance: Available after 60 days of employment
• Licensing Reimbursement: Oregon Broker License cost reimbursed upon activation
• Paid Trainings: After 90 days, 2 paid training days and 2 paid travel days off-site
