AGS is seeking a driven sales and rental representative to grow profitable revenue through new account acquisition and expansion of existing customer relationships. This role is focused on consultative sales, managing large contractor accounts, and supporting Master Service Agreements while identifying rental, sales, and service opportunities. The sales and rental representative travels regularly to customer sites, builds long‑term partnerships, and delivers solutions that enhance customer experience and business performance.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining major accounts, negotiating and implementing service agreements, preparing forecasts and business reviews, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements. Success in this role requires strong relationship‑building skills, sales acumen, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications- Business Administration degree/diploma or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3+ years of direct sales and/or rental experience in a related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong ability to build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Superior time management, organization, and prioritization abilities
- Strong customer service mindset with consultative sales skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Confidence in conducting customer discovery and presenting value‑driven solutions
- General mathematical and budgeting proficiency
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of the construction industry is an asset
