Position: Account Manager (Healthcare Technology)

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager with strong sales instincts and hands‑on SQL experience to manage and grow strategic healthcare accounts. This is a customer‑facing, revenue‑focused role that blends relationship management, consultative selling, and technical problem‑solving using healthcare data.

You’ll own customer relationships end‑to‑end—driving retention, identifying expansion opportunities, and using SQL and reporting insights to support customer outcomes and uncover new value.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and grow a portfolio of healthcare customer accounts with a sales and retention mindset
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and decision‑makers
  • Lead recurring customer meetings focused on performance, value realization, and upsell opportunities
  • Use SQL and data analysis to investigate issues, analyze trends, and support customer success conversations
  • Identify opportunities for additional solutions, services, and account expansion
  • Triage customer issues using root cause analysis and partner with technical teams as needed
  • Track and follow up on customer support tickets to ensure timely resolution

    Support new customer implementations and ensure delivery milestones are met
  • Maintain documentation for implementations, service profiles, reporting, and customer interactions
  • Mentor and support members of the customer experience team
  • Communicate product enhancements and new capabilities to drive adoption and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or sales within healthcare or healthcare technology
  • Hands‑on SQL experience used to analyze data, support customers, and drive informed sales conversations
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and data‑driven problem solving
  • Experience with healthcare operations such as claims, billing, or revenue cycle
  • Familiarity with EDI claim workflows and the X12 environment
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and stakeholders
  • High emotional intelligence and strong relationship‑building skills
  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership or senior‑level account experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard productivity tools
