• Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge; provide a friendly and positive entrance.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers (“intros”) and give studio tours.
• Work with trainers to guide intros through their first Orange theory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Handle members’ concerns in a professional, objective manner aiming for resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Ensure all areas of the studio, lobby, and front desk are kept clean and organized; accurately follow the daily studio cleaning checklists.
• Conduct telephone inquiries, follow‑up calls, and customer‑care calls.
• Be willing and able to participate in 1–2 OTF workouts per week.
• Respond immediately to member requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Properly onboard all OTF clients using Client Intake Forms.
• Work closely with the Fitness Team to ensure processes are fulfilled.
• Attend and participate in all relevant OTF training programs.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Friendly, positive, upbeat, and always bring a smile.
• Previous sales experience and strong sales skills (a plus).
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Functional computer skills.
• Health‑and‑fitness minded (preferred).
• Strong sales, communication, and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work and function in a team environment.

This is not a temporary or seasonal position.
