DescriptionLightmen Painting is hiring a driven, consistent lead generator to help book qualified painting estimates in the Portland area. Your job is simple: start conversations, follow up fast, and book qualified estimates. This is not a sit‑around‑and‑look‑busy role. We want someone who can communicate clearly, stay consistent without babysitting, handle rejection, and keep activity moving every day.
You will be helping generate real painting leads through a proven 4‑channel system that includes Facebook groups, direct messages, local partnership outreach, and classified platforms like Craigslist and Nextdoor.
This performance‑driven opportunity offers real upside for the right person. Strong performers can grow into a more stable long‑term role as the company grows.
Requirements- Comfortable starting conversations with strangers
- Able to handle rejection without getting discouraged
- Consistent follow‑through and daily activity
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Quick learner who applies feedback
- Professional, clear, and human in written messages
- Basic comfort using Facebook, direct messages, Craigslist, and similar platforms
- Reliable phone and internet access
- Sales, outreach, customer service, canvassing, or appointment setting experience is a plus but not required
- Performance‑based earning opportunities with no cap during the initial trial phase

- Daily tasks include Facebook replies, DMs, partner outreach, classified refreshes, end‑of‑day reporting, and weekly estimate‑booking standards
