Our client a leading medical technology company specializing in non-invasive aesthetic treatments. The client is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in device sales, particularly in the aesthetic or medical field, and a passion for advancing non-invasive skincare solutions.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for introducing our innovative ultrasound technology to medical professionals, including dermatologists and medical spa owners. You will educate potential clients on the benefits of our device, drive sales, and build long-term relationships with healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our clients ultrasound aesthetic device to medical spas, dermatology offices, and other relevant healthcare providers
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate potential clients on the technology and benefits of our non-invasive wrinkle treatment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality support for clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the aesthetic market.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in Energy-Based Medical Devices
- Lasers, IPL , Ultrasound, and Radio frequency - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the medical aesthetic industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Requires travel of up to 35% - Oregon, Washington, Alaska, half of Montana, and a portion of Idaho
