BMW of Portland is a luxury performance brand operating in Portland, OR. We are looking for passionate, guest-focused individuals to help us set the standard from day one.

Location:

Portland, OR.

• Greet and engage guests, assess their needs, and present vehicles that align with their preferences and lifestyle
• Conduct product demonstrations, answer questions, and provide test drives that highlight the performance and features of the BMW lineup
• Negotiate pricing, financing, and trade‑in values – securing sales agreements while ensuring every guest feels respected and well‑served
• Maintain strong product knowledge of dealership inventory, market trends, and competitor offerings
• Track guest interactions in the CRM system and follow up consistently to build lasting relationships
• Support dealership sales goals through professional presentation, participation in events, and adherence to dealership standards

• Demonstrates a high H.Q (Hospitality Quotient) – kindness and optimism, intellectual curiosity, strong work ethic, empathy, self‑awareness, and integrity
• Proven success and experience in sales, hospitality, retail, or guest‑facing service
• Minimum of one year of automotive sales or comparable sales experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn new vehicle features quickly
• Self‑motivated with a drive to succeed and achieve sales targets
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Income potential of $50,000 – $150,000+ annually
