Employment Type: Full-time.

Compensation: USD 70,304 – 75,000 per year.

Eurofins Scientific is a network of independent companies that provides analytical testing services across a range of industries, ensuring products are safe, authentic, and accurately labelled. Eurofins Built Environment Testing focuses on Industrial Hygiene (IH) and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) services to protect health in built environments, serving clients such as consultants, real estate professionals, healthcare providers, government agencies, and homeowners.

The position is based in the Pacific Northwest – candidates may be located in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR.

The Client Relations Executive is the primary point of contact for all Eurofins Built Environment Testing clients. The role requires strong communication skills, deep knowledge of our service capabilities, and proactive client engagement to ensure total satisfaction.

• Maintain a deep understanding of internal operational capabilities and service matrices across laboratory locations.
• Participate in the overall sales process, creating accounts through direct discussions with clients and in coordination with the Sales Team.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues or complaints related to project management and work in progress status.
• Maintain client accounts with up-to-date preference information.
• Coordinate with Laboratory Support for proper receipt and login of samples.
• Answer common technical questions, facilitate problem resolution, and coordinate technical details with laboratory staff.
• Develop strong business relationships to enhance client service and drive sales opportunities.
• Ensure clients receive proper sampling supplies by coordinating product requests.
• Generate weekly metrics and provide feedback/input on client concerns and satisfaction to upper management to monitor client retention.
• Travel within California and to Arizona during initial training.

• BS degree in Biology or a related scientific field (required).
• 2–5 years of customer service experience (preferred).
• Experience in the Indoor Air Quality field preferred.
• Familiarity with laboratory settings preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Salary Range:  70,304 –  75,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
