International Sports Management (ISM) is the global leader in upscale corporate hospitality and ticketing programs at major sports events like the U.S. Open, World Cup, Super Bowl, Ryder Cup, Kentucky Derby, and many more. Our clients include top executives from the biggest companies worldwide. We have achieved this by prioritizing our customers and our dedicated team.

Successful candidates will be responsible for new business development. This role involves initial “cold” outreach via phone calls (meaning you haven't spoken to the contact before). We will teach you how to “warm” calls using your personality and communication skills. Your targets will be top executives within the organizations you contact. Promotions within the company—including into Sales Management—are available for successful sales professionals.

You will:

We provide:

• Base salary + commission + bonus, with uncapped earning potential
• Bonuses in cash and prizes (monthly, quarterly, annually)

• First-year average earnings range from $58K-$80K+ (including base + commission); second-year earnings $80K+

• Some sales experience (B2B preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills
