About the Role

• Representing a quality brand serving customers for over 60 years
• Pre-qualified leads with excited customers
• Uncapped commissions paid weekly
• Paid training and multiple schedule options

Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to find suitable flooring products
• Generate sales from hot leads within a 1-hour radius
• Leverage the brand's reputation to generate referrals and additional prospects
• Earn on a 100% commission basis, with average first-year earnings between $50k - $70k, top performers over $100k
• Participate in paid training to learn the business

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle capable of carrying sample boards
• Valid auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments
• Proficiency with tablets and laser measuring devices
• Professional presentation including Empire branded apparel
