Marketing & Account Representative – Restoration Services

Location: Portland, OR
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $34,000–$54,000 Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses

About Us

Service Master by QRT is a growing restoration company specializing in water damage mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, reconstruction, and emergency response services throughout the Portland and Vancouver metro area.

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Marketing & Account Representative to help expand our referral network and grow market share. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building professional relationships, and creating new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, realtors, and commercial clients
  • Generate new referral opportunities through networking, prospecting, and community involvement
  • Conduct in-person visits, property walkthroughs, and commercial facility assessments
  • Attend networking events, trade shows, and industry functions
  • Present restoration services and emergency response capabilities to potential clients
  • Promote Emergency Response Plans (ERP) and service agreements
  • Follow up regularly with referral partners and key accounts
  • Manage sales activities, contacts, and opportunities through CRM software
  • Track referral sources, pipeline activity, and sales performance
  • Develop and grow an assigned territory

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to travel throughout the Portland/Vancouver metro area
  • Basic computer and CRM proficiency
  • Base salary: $34,000–$54,000 annually
  • Commission on generated revenue
