Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Portland, OR. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in‑person visits, and present Impressions In Ink’s physical marketing and variable data solutions. This role includes managing the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to closing and post‑sale follow‑up, while maintaining accurate records in CRM tools.

The specialist will support marketing campaigns by coordinating promotional materials, participating in events, and gathering market feedback to refine messaging. Day‑to‑day work also includes building long‑term client relationships, collaborating with production and design teams to ensure accurate project delivery, and providing product training and updates to clients as needed.

Qualifications
  • In office attendance, this is not a remote position.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to clearly explain solutions, handle inquiries, and build long‑term client relationships.
  • Proven Sales experience, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing new business.
  • Ability to deliver Training to clients or colleagues on products, processes, or marketing programs.
  • Comfort working with CRM and basic productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software, Canva).
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
  • Background in Sales Management or leadership of sales activities, such as forecasting, reporting, or coordinating team efforts, is a plus.
