• Meet with homeowners to assess their heating, cooling, and indoor comfort needs
• Present customized HVAC system recommendations and solutions
• Educate customers on equipment options, efficiency benefits, and investment value
• Build trust through a consultative, no-pressure sales approach
• Create accurate proposals and guide customers through the decision-making process
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish

• Previous sales experience required
• HVAC industry experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
• Professional presentation and customer-first mindset
• Comfortable using Outlook, Word, Excel, and other business software
• Valid driver s license with a clean driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
