Rite-Hite sales professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This outside sales position focuses on growing our new construction business. The main customers are architects, developers, contractors, etc. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory.

Rite-Hite requires a 4‑year degree and a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. Sales representatives must have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; be skilled at building productive business relationships; possess strong mechanical aptitude; have knowledge of their territory and its customer base; be able to develop solid territory business plans; and be able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis.
