Overview

Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate at Best Buy in Portland, OR. Pay $18.00 per hour with a flexible schedule of up to 15 hours per week, including Saturday and Sunday and optional Fridays.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs.
• Engage customers to build rapport and create a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Train in‑store associates on HP products and services.
• Keep displays clean, functional, and demo‑ready.
• Report sales activity, competitive insights, and store feedback to Retail Operations.
• Document and communicate all activity accurately and submit required paperwork.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is well‑organized and presentable at all times.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of HP products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; ability to work flexible hours.
• Strong integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Comfortable engaging customers and demonstrating products with minimal training.
• Experience in electronics or wireless retail a plus.
