Pay Range: $48,500 per year + monthly car allowance

Schedule: Monday–Friday, day shift

Locations Covered: Throughout OR (Portland, Salem, & in between)

Utility Sales Representatives play a key role in the success of Maletis Beverage. In this hands‑on, entry‑level role, you will support our sales team by covering territories during rep absences, stocking and rotating product, processing orders, and delivering excellent service to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, and other retail customers. Along the way, you’ll build strong customer relationships and gain a comprehensive understanding of the beverage distribution industry.

This role is ideal for someone who is self‑motivated, enjoys variety in their workday, and wants to launch a career in sales.

• Cover sales territories during rep absences and help meet sales targets
• Stock, organize, and rotate products according to Maletis Beverage rotation standards
• Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent service
• Learn our diverse beverage portfolio to effectively communicate and sell to customers
• Provide accurate, timely follow‑up recaps to Sales Representatives to ensure seamless account service
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Own car
• Valid driver’s license (Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed)
• Auto insurance coverage that meets company policy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word)
• Ability to read invoices, load sheets, and job orders, and perform simple math
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management, customer service, and communication skills

• Repetitively push, pull, and lift cases of product (10–50 pounds) from floor to overhead
• Occasionally push/pull kegs (160 pounds) with the help of equipment
• Exert up to 30 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects
