Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Pay: $26-$31/hour depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Be the Person Who Keeps the Sales Process MovingAt Jacobs Heating and Air Conditioning, we're looking for a highly organized, customer-focused professional to support our residential sales and marketing operations.
This role sits at the center of communication between customers, sales representatives, installation teams, and marketing partners. If you enjoy keeping things organized, following up on details, helping customers feel taken care of, and improving processes along the way, this could be a strong fit.
This is not just a scheduling role. We're looking for someone who can think proactively, support growth initiatives, and help create a smoother customer experience from lead to sold job.

- Schedule appointments for sales representatives
- Follow up with pending leads and customer inquiries
- Maintain sales calendars and appointment coordination
- Track lead flow and customer communication
- Support customers throughout the sales process
- Coordinate communication between sales staff and customers
- Assist with administrative and reporting tasks
- Help maintain organized systems and documentation
- Support social media posting and marketing coordination
- Assist with gathering photos, videos, and field content for marketing
- Help coordinate promotions, community events, and campaigns
- Support process improvements and workflow organization
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking and managing priorities
- Positive and professional phone presence
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn CRM and scheduling software
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Minimum of 2 years of related administrative, sales coordination, customer service, or marketing support experience
- HVAC, construction, plumbing, or home service industry experience
- Experience with Service Titan or similar software
- Social media or content creation experience
- Canva or digital marketing platform experience
- Experience coordinating appointments and schedules
