About the Role
They are seeking a motivated, results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow our Northwest territory
. In this role, you will build lasting customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide technical solutions that help customers succeed. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, a technical discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of direct sales experience
- Industrial sales experience, preferably within the coatings, construction materials, specialty chemicals, or related industries
- Experience selling technical or engineered products
- Strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and account management skills
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth and long-term partnerships.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts.
- Conduct regular customer visits to promote products, introduce new solutions, and provide technical product support.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans that prioritize prospecting, account growth, and market expansion.
- Partner closely with Customer Service, Technical Service, and Sales Leadership to deliver outstanding customer experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Resolve customer concerns, including product returns and claims, with professionalism, urgency, and effective follow-through.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and inform sales strategy.
- Prepare and execute annual territory sales plans that outline target markets, key accounts, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Manage territory activities with a high degree of independence, organization, and accountability.
- Support field technical service activities as needed to ensure customer satisfaction and successful product performance.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and pipeline information using company systems.
- Promote and uphold company safety, quality, and ethical business standards in all interactions.
