We are looking for a true hunter to take over a high-potential territory in Portland, Oregon, for one of North America s largest specialty building materials distributors. This isn t a desk job; you ll be out in the field every day—splitting time between job sites, showrooms, and the warehouse—winning new accounts and building real relationships with architects, builders, and fabricators.

You bring the competitive drive and hustle, and we provide a $60K–$70K base plus uncapped commission that realistically pushes year-one earnings to $90K–$100K. - Open and aggressively grow net-new accounts across your designated Portland territory.
- Quote, negotiate, and close deals with architects, builders, fabricators, and manufacturers.
- Manage a dynamic, field-based schedule, splitting time between your company vehicle, active job sites, showrooms, and the warehouse.
- Serve as the go-to product expert and trusted advisor for your client base.
- Drive continuous market expansion and own your revenue targets.
- Highly competitive, driven mindset with a strong preference for uncapped earning potential over a flat paycheck.
- Natural relationship-builder who thrives in field-facing, customer-first environments.
- Goal-oriented, coachable, and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
- Strong written and verbal communicator with solid negotiation skills.
- Organized, forward-thinking, and tech-comfortable (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Valid driver s license (required for territory travel).
- 5+ years of sales and/or operations experience is a plus, but drive and athletic/military discipline are prioritized.
