Account Manager - B2B / Local Commercial Sales

As the Commercial Account Manager, you will engage with existing commercial customers to grow recurring/repeat business as well as generate new business through various lead gen and prospecting tactics. This position is based in Portland and is responsible for local commercial sales and customer acquisition throughout the territory.

As the Full-cycle Hiring Manager you will work in conjunction with the Operations Managers in all areas of the hiring process.

About the position:
  • Reporting to the Commercial Business Manager, you will be focused on achieving revenue goals through existing and new commercial customers business acquisition.
  • Meet or exceed sales activity targets, including a high volume of outbound calls, on-site estimates and proposals, top account management, referrals, networking, virtual and in-person prospecting, and building new local business relationships
  • Understand and help drive franchise profitability through building high-value customer relationships
  • Maintain a high level of competitor and local marketplace knowledge
  • Partner with our National Accounts and Strategic Alliances teams to increase commercial business sales locally
  • Effectively use our Sales App to track and report on sales activity
  • Call Indeed candidates, complete phone and in-person interviews and help with onboarding.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in business-to-business sales
  • Experience increasing net new sales and a successful track record of meeting aggressive sales targets
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Proficient in G Suite and Salesforce a plus
Compensation:

Compensation: $41 000k annual base pay, open ended commission & excellent benefits.
