Nuvia Dental Implant Center – Implant Sales Rep (Portland, OR)

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to drive growth and provide exceptional patient service at our Portland, OR center.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $50,000 base salary plus a premium commission structure
  • Potential yearly earnings: $100,000 – $250,000
  • Top performers earn $16,000 – $20,000 per month in commission
  • 4–7 warm leads per day

Role

As an Implant Sales Rep (Smile Consultant) you will remove barriers for potential patients, helping them move forward with treatment to dramatically improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Influence patients to accept treatment by building trust, closing gaps, and following up aggressively.
  • Collect payment and maintain accurate records.
  • Keep an organized CRM and manage your sales queue.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to current processes.
  • Attend weekly training meetings.
  • Work Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm, with potential extra hours to secure sales (no commission cap).
Qualifications
  • Proven sales track record and meeting KPIs.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • B2C sales experience a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Empathy and the ability to connect with patients on a personal level.
Day in the Life
  • Meet with 4–7 warm leads to discuss full‑arch dental implants.
  • Participate in sales meetings and daily huddles.
  • Connect and follow up with patients to understand goals and motivations.
  • Present patient information to clinic doctors for diagnosis.
  • Assist patients in removing barriers to accepting treatment.
  • Help patients apply for financing and facilitate a handoff to the administrative team for scheduling.
