Director of Sales & Marketing

We’re looking for a Director of Sales to lead and execute sales initiatives that drive occupancy, grow market share, and maximize revenue across group, corporate, and event segments.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive occupancy and ADR.
• Generate group, corporate, and event business
  .
• Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local partners
  .
• Conduct sales calls, site tours, and presentations
  .
• Negotiate contracts and close new business.
• Manage and grow the sales pipeline and prospecting efforts
  .
• Collaborate with operations to ensure successful event execution.
• Partner with leadership on pricing strategy and revenue optimization
  .
• Represent the hotel in the local business and hospitality community
  .

• 3–5+ years of hotel sales experience
  .
• Proven success in group sales, corporate accounts, and events
  .
• Strong understanding of hotel revenue drivers (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR).
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  .
• Experience with CRM systems and hotel sales tools, Delphi Experience preferred.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.
• Open availability including some evenings and weekends to oversee events.
