- The Hustle:
At least 2 years of direct sales experience (experience in insurance or restoration is a huge plus, but we value grit and personality). - Communication
Skills:
You’re as comfortable in a 1-on-1 coffee meeting as you are presenting to a room of 20 people. - Tech Savvy:
You know your way around a CRM and marketing tools. - The Basics: A degree in Marketing/Business (or equivalent life experience), a clean background check, and the ability to be active on your feet.
