Position Overview
As a Business Development Manager in PNC’s Financial Wellness Solutions, you will work primarily in Portland, OR, collaborating with clients to develop and promote a financial wellness program that aligns with their organizational goals. You will offer innovative solutions such as health and benefit accounts, student debt solutions, earned wage access, and other financial wellness offerings while adopting a consultative sales approach to acquire new business relationships.
Responsibilities- Acquire new clients across financial wellness solutions and grow sales, revenue, and market share.
- Work with clients of basic risk levels and complexities, providing tailored financial wellness solutions.
- Handle origination, financial analysis, negotiation, and documentation of non‑credit products and services.
- Manage risk/return and drive quality for new and existing clients.
- Identify and mitigate regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
- Provide ideas and insights based on understanding client needs and financial well‑being.
- Increase client engagement and loyalty through thoughtful service.
- Build an effective network of internal and external relationships, including community and industry contacts, to acquire new clients and expand existing ones.
- Present the full range of PNC’s products and services to clients.
- Leverage reporting and sales tools to identify and convert sales opportunities.
- Analyze, evaluate, and inform on financial wellness solutions, product knowledge, industry benchmarking, and solution positioning.

Work Experience
