As a Sales Brand Ambassador, you'll represent our clients inside high-traffic retail locations, connecting with customers through professional, face-to-face interactions. This role combines sales, marketing, customer engagement, and brand representation to help drive customer acquisition while delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish.

As a Sales Brand Ambassador, you'll serve as the face of our clients' brands and play an important role in creating positive customer experiences. Each day, you'll engage with customers inside retail locations, introduce them to products and services, educate them on current promotions, and help them identify solutions that best fit their needs. You'll complete customer enrollments using company-provided technology, maintain a strong understanding of client campaigns, and contribute to the success of in-store marketing initiatives.

Working closely with leadership and teammates, you'll continuously develop your sales approach while helping achieve individual and team performance goals.

We're seeking motivated individuals who are passionate about working with people and eager to grow professionally. The ideal candidate communicates confidently, enjoys building relationships, and approaches each day with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. You should be comfortable initiating face-to-face conversations, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and collaborating as part of a high-performing team. Experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, promotional marketing, or sales is beneficial but not required, as we provide comprehensive training.

This is a W2 employee position offering competitive base pay plus uncapped commission and weekly performance bonuses, with average annual earnings between $50,000 and $60,000+. Team members are paid weekly and receive paid training, ongoing professional development, mentorship from experienced leaders, flexible full‑time scheduling, and opportunities to expand their skills in customer acquisition, brand marketing, sales strategy, and client relations.
