Overview

Join an elite group of field sales professionals at AT&T, delivering white‑glove experiences directly in customers’ homes. Field Sales Representatives drive sales of the latest technology and services, working independently to meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
Conduct hands‑on demonstrations, Wi‑Fi assessments, and tech delivery.
Resolve issues and keep customers connected to what matters most.
Build rapport quickly, negotiate, and close deals to achieve commission targets.

Key Expectations

1+ years of commission sales experience; outside sales experience highly preferred.

Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.

Proficiency in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.

Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.

Valid driver’s license and readiness to drive; company vehicle provided for official business use only.

Work a varied schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays) to meet customer timelines.

Employment contingent upon successful background check, drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.
