Trader, Sales Representative, Business Development

About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Trader / Sales Representative to manage and grow supply lines across wood and organic feed products.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to accelerate their sales careers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The position involves full-cycle trading responsibilities, including sales, sourcing, logistics coordination, and relationship management with both internal and external partners.

USD 100,000–120,000 / year

• Develop and manage supply lines for specialty lumber and organic agricultural products
• Execute sales activities, primarily via phone (approximately 90%)
• Source products and negotiate pricing with vendors and buyers
• Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Resolve conflicts and maintain strong client relationships
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading outcomes
• Travel as needed

• 5+ years of professional work experience
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong math, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to learn proprietary systems and tools
• Preferred Qualifications:
  
  Sales or trading experience
• Bilingual capabilities (a plus)
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
