Sqwad is launching one of Europe’s largest marketplaces in the U.S., and we’re hiring Field Representatives to lock in prime business locations before competitors do. This is not a sales job. There’s nothing to sell. Your role is to secure partnership agreements with local businesses in your territory — and get paid aggressively for it.

If you’re confident, street-smart, and thrive in face-to-face interactions, this is a serious income opportunity with no cap on earnings.

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area

• Building early market presence by locking in key locations
• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools
• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team

• Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused individuals
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communicators who handle objections confidently
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms
• Registered freelancer (1099)
• Must be located in Portland
• Native or fluent English speaker

• Field outreach or door-to-door experience
• Experience with Google Sheets
• Familiarity with Salesforce or Hub Spot
