Sr Account Manager - Pro AV

Job Description
Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization. Build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. Define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. Identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. Utilize product knowledge to deliver the value proposition. Increase overall performance by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within the organization.

Develop and maximize Resideo presence and market share in designated accounts and territories. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premier sales organization. This position is not eligible for US visa sponsorship.

• 3-5 years of minimum experience in the Pro AV industry
• Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record
• Live within the sales territory of Portland, Oregon, and Seattle, Washington

• Significant experience in a sales/account‑management related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate a highly matrixed environment
