* *** ales Professional** (automotive/parts experience preferred) who enjoys building relationships, delivering great service, and managing a territory across Western Idaho, Central Washington, and potentially beyond!

As a TPC Outside Sales Representative, you’ll

* * your territory while supporting customers and
** building long-term partnerships.

Job Responsibilities
**** Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs and issue resolution
* Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory
* Grow relationships and sales with existing customers
*** Outside Salesperson Compensation
**** Estimated total compensation: $50,000 to $80,000 or more, inclusive of all potential earnings components based on the final compensation structure.
* Compensation structure:
Base pay + commission

*** Outside Salesperson Qualifications
**** Prior sales experience (automotive or parts preferred)
* Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Ability to work independently and manage a territory
* Final candidates will be subject to a background check and, for positions involving driving, a motor vehicle record (MVR) review, in accordance with applicable laws.
