Outside Sales Rep – Color Printing & Graphic Design

Full‑time position opening for experienced Color Printing Sales Reps to join RIOT Creative Imaging, the Color Graphics Solutions arm of ARC Document Solutions.

ARC Document Solutions provides a full turnkey solution for banners, marketing collateral, trade shows, event graphics, and all types of digital printing. Our color production capabilities allow specialty solutions such as environmental graphics, wall murals, logo signage, and retail POP/POS displays. You will work with project managers, facilities managers, and interior designers in major accounts throughout the greater San Diego area.

As a Graphic Solutions Consultant/Color Sales Specialist you will:

• Explore all types of color markets inside and outside of the AEC market space.
• Develop a strategic plan for exceeding revenue goals and maximizing long‑term account revenue opportunities.
• Demonstrate strong prospecting, pitching, and closing skills.
• Showcase cold‑calling and prospecting skills on a daily basis.
• Manage complex sales cycles utilizing a consultative solution‑selling approach.
• Utilize internal resources—including production personnel, installation teams, and vendor partners—to present complete solutions to prospective customers.
• Operate as a “Hunter” type of salesperson.

Qualities and Skills You Should Possess:

• Excellent cold‑calling, objection‑handling, and closing skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Drive to achieve high sales performance and quota over‑achievement.
• Microsoft Office skills and experience with Salesforce (preferred).
• Dynamic, outgoing personality to distinguish yourself at networking events.
• Proficiency in prospecting through social media, internet, email, and telephone to secure in‑person appointments.

Helpful

Experience:

• Print sales experience, with large‑format color experience a plus.
• Knowledge of digital print sales in the architectural and construction space is preferred.
