Outside Sales Pasco Area | Commission-Based - Tonkin Parts Center

Tonkin Parts Center is one of the largest OEM automotive parts wholesale operations in the country—and we’re growing. We’re looking for a Sales Professional (automotive/parts experience preferred) who enjoys building relationships, delivering great service, and managing a territory across Western Idaho, Central Washington, and potentially beyond!

As a TPC Outside Sales Representative, you’ll grow your territory while supporting customers and building long-term partnerships.

Outside Salesperson

Job Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for customer needs and issue resolution

Identify and develop new business opportunities within your territory

Grow relationships and sales with existing customers

Outside Salesperson Compensation Estimated total compensation: $50,000 to $80,000 or more, inclusive of all potential earnings components based on the final compensation structure.

Compensation structure:
Base pay + commission

Outside Salesperson Qualifications Prior sales experience (automotive or parts preferred)
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to work independently and manage a territory

Final candidates will be subject to a background check and, for positions involving driving, a motor vehicle record (MVR) review, in accordance with applicable laws.
