Job Description
Start a sales career where your conversations make a real difference.
We recruit on behalf of independently owned Farmers Insurance agencies throughout the Portland area. Opportunities may include access to lead support, hands-on training, coaching, and a clear sales process. You’ll learn how to uncover customer needs, explain coverage in plain language, prepare insurance quotes, and guide prospects toward confident decisions.
These are onsite, performance-driven opportunities for people who bring energy, resilience, curiosity, and consistent follow-through. If you enjoy connecting with people, want your results to influence your earnings, and are ready to develop valuable insurance and sales skills, we’d like to meet you.
This posting represents opportunities with independently owned and operated Farmers Insurance agencies in District 33. Each agency owner makes their own hiring decisions and determines employment terms, compensation, benefits, work location, training, and day-to-day responsibilities.
