As a Showing Assistant with our team, you’ll support top‑producing agents by guiding clients through home tours, capturing feedback, drafting and negotiating offers, generating leads, and contributing to a high‑energy, growth‑oriented culture.
Responsibilities- Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch:
Complete our proven onboarding experience designed to accelerate your skills, productivity, and income from day one. - Partner with Sales Agents:
Collaborate with top‑producing agents to guide clients through home tours, providing an exceptional experience that builds trust and excitement. - Deliver Insightful Client Feedback:
Capture and communicate detailed, written feedback to refine clients’ search criteria and ensure every showing moves them closer to their dream home. - Write and Negotiate Offers:
Support sales agents by drafting and negotiating winning offers that deliver results for clients while sharpening your own deal‑making expertise. - Lead Generate Consistently:
Dedicate a minimum of 10 hours per week to purposeful lead generation that fuels your pipeline and sets the foundation for long‑term success. - Practice and Perfect Your
Skills:
Participate in weekly script practice to strengthen your communication, confidence, and conversion skills in alignment with team standards. - Engage Fully in Team Culture:
Show up for team activities and collaboration opportunities that keep you inspired, connected, and performing at your highest level. - Commit to Coaching and Growth:
Attend weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, team trainings, and partner calls to accelerate your development. - Leverage PLACE Technology:
Track your tasks, progress, and performance in PLACE Technology to stay organized, accountable, and ahead of your goals.
- Licensed Oregon Real Estate Agent.
