Olympic Foundry's Construction Casting Division is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Salesperson, ideally based in or near the NW Oregon / Portland area, to cover Oregon, Southwest Washington, and Idaho. This is your chance to play a key role in boosting our construction casting and fabrication sales in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

• Competitive Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 base pay, with additional arbitrary performance bonuses

• Develop and execute sales strategies across Oregon, Southwest Washington, and Idaho.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the customer
• experience.
• Prepare price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, etc., and write orders subject to company policy.
• Prepare and submit reports on sales and marketing activities.
• Maintain communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest.

• Must reside within the territory and be willing to travel overnight 4-8 nights per month.
• Active driver's license.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in outside sales, specifically related to construction products.
• Strong ability to drive the sales process from marketing to closing.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to lift and/or move up to 10 lbs.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
