We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Product Specialist to serve as the subject matter expert for ICON products, supporting sales teams, dealers, and customers through product education, launch execution, and market insights. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Product Development, and Dealer Partners to bring innovative products to market and drive brand growth.
What You’ll Do- Support new product launches across the U.S., Canada, and Europe
- Coordinate launch activities including rep samples, media outreach, press releases, and industry seeding
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to develop catalogs, promotions, advertising campaigns, and sales programs
- Research market trends, customer behavior, and competitive products
- Collaborate with Product Development to identify and bring new products to market
- Support dealer and sales rep training, product presentations, and field feedback collection
- Assist with major account opportunities, dealer support, and unique customer needs
- Coordinate with Events teams on training tours, dealer rides, and industry events
- Help address product quality concerns, warranty issues, and product improvements
- Manage product samples for meetings, photography, trade shows, and sales activities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in sales support, product support, dealer relations, account coordination, or a related role
- Strong product presentation and communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of powersports products, mechanical components, and repair procedures
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%
