Mölnlycke is seeking a driven and competitive Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our Surgical Gloves team, based in Portland, Oregon
, and supporting a multi-state territory across Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Alaska
.

As a Territory Sales Manager, you’ll represent our
Biogel® surgical glove portfolio within acute care accounts, developing strong clinical relationships and delivering solutions that support healthcare professionals and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with acute care / healthcare accounts across the assigned territory.
  • Achieve Biogel Gloves sales targets through consultative selling, product education, and strategic territory planning.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
  • Build relationships with clinical and economic decision-makers across hospital and health system accounts.
  • Coordinate with distributors and internal teams to maximize territory performance.
  • Manage administrative tasks including reporting, expense tracking, and CRM updates.
  • Attend trade shows, sales meetings, and occasional field ride-alongs.

  • Overnight travel required (
    40–60%); flexibility for occasional short-notice trips.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience; medical device or healthcare sales strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Intermediate computer proficiency (CRM, reporting tools).
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required credentialing to perform the job.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
