Producing Consultant

Gallagher seeks an Employee Benefits Producing Consultant to drive growth of our group benefits practice. In this client-facing sales and advisory role, you will develop new business, expand existing relationships, and design strategic employee benefits solutions for employers of all sizes. You'll assess client needs, analyze plan performance, negotiate with carriers, and deliver data-driven recommendations. Working within Gallagher's ethical, client-focused culture, you'll collaborate with internal teams, gain global exposure, and build a meaningful career in insurance, benefits, and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a portfolio of employee benefits clients across diverse industries
• Consult with clients to design, analyze, and optimize group benefits programs
• Conduct needs assessments, benchmarking, and plan comparisons to recommend solutions
• Collaborate with carriers to negotiate competitive pricing, terms, and coverage
• Prepare and deliver client proposals, presentations, and renewal strategies
• Ensure compliance with relevant benefits regulations and company standards
• Partner with internal teams on implementation, enrollment, and ongoing service
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and client records in CRM tools
• Build long-term, trust-based relationships through proactive communication
• Represent Gallagher's client-focused, ethical culture in all business activities
