Outside Sales Representative

• Conduct in-home sales presentations of home improvement-related products and services
• Present products professionally and with integrity
• Actively listen to customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Build relationships that lead to sales and repeat business
• Deliver an exceptional experience from first meeting through post-sale follow-up
• Travel to customer homes, potentially driving 80+ miles one way
• Deliver engaging presentations, provide written estimates, and complete documentation
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Guide customers through financing and next steps
• Work evenings and weekends according to customer demand
• Use pre-set, high-quality appointments; no cold calling

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and one or both weekend days, based on customer demand and business needs
• 1+ years in outside, commissioned, or in-home sales (preferred)
• Comfortable using iPad-based applications (preferred)
• Competitive, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure (preferred)
• Proven ability to exceed performance targets (preferred)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without current or future visa sponsorship
