As a Business Development Representative
, you’ll receive hands‑on training while developing valuable skills in customer acquisition, communication, relationship management, and professional development. This is an in‑person position that offers a clear path for career advancement based on performance.

• Build relationships with new and existing customers through face‑to‑face interactions in retail environments
• Educate customers on products and services to help them make informed decisions
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Represent nationally recognized brands with professionalism and integrity
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and team goals
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, leadership, and business development
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company processes

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Self‑motivated with a goal‑oriented mindset
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required
