Job Overview

Arbon Equipment – A Rite‑Hite Company is a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial loading dock and door equipment. Rite‑Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. The position focuses on growing the new construction business, targeting architects, developers, contractors, and other customers in that market. Category:

Schedule:

Full time.

• Grow existing accounts and prospect and secure new customers.
• Introduce new products to the territory.
• Develop and execute solid territory business plans.
• Maintain daily coverage of the assigned territory.

• 4‑year degree and a minimum of 3 years successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Strong ability to build productive business relationships.
• Good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the territory and its customer base.
