Sales Representative
Portland, OR
Compensation: $48k plus commission

  • Customer Engagement
    :
    Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge to enhance their experience.
  • Product Knowledge
    :
    Stay informed about the full range of cannabis products, including strains, edibles, concentrates, and accessories, to effectively educate and assist customers.
  • Sales Support
    :
    Assist in driving sales through active engagement, upselling, and cross‑selling strategies while meeting individual and team sales targets.
  • Compliance
    :
    Adhere to all OLCC regulations and company policies, ensuring that all sales activities are conducted legally and ethically.
  • Promotional Activities
    :
    Participate in and promote in‑store events, promotions, and educational seminars to drive customer interest and sales.
  • Team Collaboration
    :
    Work closely with other team members to create a positive and productive work environment, sharing insights and strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Feedback Collection
    :
    Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve product offerings and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • Experience
    :
    Previous experience in Cannabis Retail, sales, or customer service required.
  • Knowledge of Cannabis
    :
    Understanding of cannabis products, strains, and their effects is a plus; willingness to learn is essential.
  • Communication Skills
    :
    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and inform customers effectively.
  • Team Player
    :
    Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment, contributing positively to team dynamics.
  • Attention to Detail
    :
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly regarding compliance and inventory management.
  • Availability
    :
    Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • OLCC Worker Permit
