* Set schedule Full-time, Monday thru Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.,Days, 40 Hours

* Competitive hourly wage of $36 / Hour (Daily Pay is available for Garda World employees!)

As a Security Supervisor - Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they escalate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Supervisor

* Advanced Manage difficult or irate callers.

* De-escalate tense situations over the telephone.

* Resolve conflict or dispute with callers.

* Conduct security-related interviews or investigations via telephone.

* Advance Operate security systems: monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems.

* Understand security protocols and procedures for system operations.

* Response to security alerts and alarms.

* Generate and analyze security reports.

* Advanced Manage difficult or irate individuals.

* Intervene and resolve conflicts or disputes using effective communication techniques.

* Think critically and creatively to provide effective solutions.

* Provide emergency assistance, first aid, or other intervention.

* Coordinate with emergency services.

* Expert Emergency response and crisis management.

* Respond promptly and decisively to security incidents or emergencies.

* Conduct security-relate interviews or investigations.

* Apprehend offenders and turn them over to appropriate authorities.

* Implement emergency protocols and procedure to ensure the safety of individuals and property.

* Coordinate with emergency services and other stakeholders during crisis situations.

* Expert Demonstrate the ability to respond effectively to active threats or violent incidents with speed, precision, and decisiveness.

* Demonstrate proficiency in defensive tactics to protect oneself and others in high-risk situations.

* Work performed in high risk situations with potentially high risk individuals.

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Supervisor

* Be authorized to work in the U.S.

* Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED

* Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process

* Strong report writing skills

* Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills

* Strong proficiency with technology

* If you have Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience

* You have1 year of Armed security

* Armed DPSST preferred

* Supervisory DPSST preferred
