. As a Security Officer Bicycle Response Patrol, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time
Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour
Job Schedule: Wed – Thur – Fri – Sat – Sun 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious behavior, property damage, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contacts.
• Support daily operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and communicating clearly with tenants, visitors, and building management regarding security-related matters.

• Ability to ride a bike is required.
• Ability to ride a bike for long periods of time is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
