Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff and carry out security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location;
Respond to incidents and communicate with property management and/or emergency services as needed;

Monitor access points, lobbies, loading areas, and designated locations, verifying authorized entry and reporting suspicious behavior or maintenance concerns;
Complete routine reports and incident documentation and communicate shift turnover per site standards
